Appointments cancelled outside of 24 hours will not have any fees associated with their appointment.  ANY scheduled appointment that is cancelled WITHIN 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.  There are no exceptions to this fee so please make sure you are ok with paying a fee in the event that you cancel within 24 hours.  ANY appointments that are no showed (no call, no show) will be charged the full service amount for the appointment miss, so please call if you cannot make it!
